What happens if we have table of contents on page "1." And you want the numbering to to start on page 3? So that page 3 of your google doc has the enumeration of "1" at the bottom right corner?

I followed your video, but I can't page it yet. My work has 30 pages, Section 1 in Roman Numbers but the second part only allows appear the odd numbers, I have also erased the numbers at the roman section. This kills me tonight.

The "Show on first page" option just flat out doesn't work. I uncheck the box and the page number multiple times and the number always remains on my cover page. I open the page number settings again to find the box checked, despite the fact that I just unchecked it.

Idk what's wrong with my docs, but this isn't working at all. It's making the numbers either invisible until page 5 (which it labels as page 4), or begins as 1 being the second page instead of the third, because i have a title page and a table of contents before the actual document. Low key abt to cry ive been trying to figure this out since 1pm 🥲
