STIコンプリートカー「S210」発表
500台限定 抽選販売 (予定)
The older I get, the less I mind CVTs. As far as I can tell, the "SPT" performs far differently than say, the Impreza CVT. I am willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. I don't think the hate is warranted. CVTs have potential, especially if they can be improved to handle more power and become increasingly reliable.
Subaru is doing this on purpose 🤦🏽♂️
🤣🤣
Upside though. I own a GT and it is tuned at 19+psi. It rips for city/canyon/offroad speeds.
No issues even after 20k+ miles. One cool note, each mode for engine management has different levels of boost. Thanks to Dotson Tuning out of Texas via E-tune.
ETS intake only. Going to retune after exhausted and cooler install. ✌️
Buy a base, tune it to your liking and quit crying ffs LOL
I like it I'll buy one.
I bought a 23 Onyx Xt Outback - absolutely love it! Wish it came with Stock 300 hp and I’d absolutely pay an extra 20k as I work for a living - with that go to your Dealer or (Ask) Subie USA for your Subie news - to date there is no STI planned till sometime near 2028 😞 so r u willing to pay extra for stock hp - if your crying for the bill at 300 imagine what 4 to 500 might be when it comes out with Toyota hybrid tech?
The S210 will only be available in Japan, so it is not relevant to Subaru fans outside of Japan😊
People will always complain 😂. Cannot please everyone. I have the WRX and the only complaint is the shifter could be tighter. Just returned from 5 cm of snow and it tracks just like it was dry. Also, gas mileage is decent for 276 HP engine. The average is 10.6 litres per 100 km and I do not baby it. I do not need more power since I am not racing just enjoying the pick up and enjoying the handling. 😅
Right, but it’s unacceptable for an STI. For your needs, the non-STI WRX is perfectly fine.
Subaru sucks, and has forever.
85% of integras sold are a CVt and no one says anything
@@v12kingV10 yea but they offer a type s manual variant. Which is way better than any WRX.
@ $55,000 for a civic is crazy.
But the Civic Si & Type R & Integra S are manual only. Might seem like a lot of money for a Civic, but it is universally loved and critically acclaimed. They also have great resale value and are very special cars that transcend their numbers. It's also roomier, hatchback, better build quality and reliability. Only reason I could see to get the WRX is if you absolutely need AWD. I'd personally go for Integra type S since they are usually at sticker while type R's are marked up and I prefer the styling.
@ that’s what I did got the type S a little below sticker and I love it. Plus I personally think the Type S looks better than the Type R. But it’s good they are manual only that means that they made them thinking of enthusiasts. Your regular grandma is not going to go in and buy one.
@@guitarrise4523 Yes everyone complains about price difference from Type R & S but real world they are very close (in Colorado at least). But yes I am partial to Integra's looks and it sounds better (audio and active exhaust).

😂😂 automatic transmission are best that’s why every car manufacturer are doing. It have to be for a reason cause he’s better.
Because Toyota is controlling them they don’t want GR Corolla to decline in sales. Subaru should really depart from Toyota.
First🥳😂
I lost all hope in Subaru they are clueless when it comes to what we want and catering to the WRX and STi community. We don’t want automatic transmissions. MANUAL ONLY. Stop putting out the same disappointing WRX wrapped in a wannabe STI badge and looks. That is why I went back to Honda for a CTR
Car is amazing the problem Subaru should not brand name plate it as a WRX 🧏🏼♂️ Make more sense if Subaru offers GT model exclusively in CVT

a vb sti that lives up to its name would absolutely eat the GR Corolla
