This was super powerful! I've done a few Kundalini meditations but this one made my whole body radiate after. I thought I might pass out but the calm breaths prevailed. Wonder what that's about!
Glad this is the practice I chose instead of a shooter one. When after deciding to breathe one last time and then put arm down...you then said this is last breath!.😲💜
Wow I can’t believe i was able to hold my arm 😂 i started laughing a lot in the last few breaths , i just feel this amazing amazing joy and the feeling of exhales was so amazing ❤❤❤ thankyou for this

Any suggestions for shoulders with old injuries? From the get go my right shoulder was in pain. I did my best but had to release once in awhile.
Yes, take breaks as needed! If it is too painful and is not serving you, just visualize yourself doing it!
