Hi Talli Faye ❤ that just looks so old-fashioned-like yummy! I make my grandma's old-fashioned oatmeal cake that has almost the same topping, but it uses regular coconut and not toasted and no nuts. It goes under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize. I was drooling when you took a bite. So so many good recipes. Can't wait til the next one. Love yas ❤

I find if I use a chop stick and poke holes, then pour the icing over top it than soaks up all over.
