Genshin 4.6 is just a few days from release and we are already starting to see leaks about version 4.7. The upcoming 4.7 Genshin version is rumored to feature three new characters. Now, we have leaks via Azure Leaks about the 5-star rerun characters in version 4.7, and there are some surprising names.
According to the latest leak via Azure Leaks, 4.7 banners will feature Wriothesley and Navia in the rerun banners. The Genshin community was waiting for a Furina rerun, so it definitely is a bit disappointing. However, remember these are still early leaks so always take them with a grain of salt. Here is how the phases are going to be as per the leaks.

Phase 1 of 4.7 is going to consist of Clorinde and Wriothesley, and also Sethos featuring alongside them. Meanwhile Phase 2 is going to consist of Sigewinne and Navia. We will also be getting their respective weapon banners of course.
Let's take a look at Sigewinne's kit. Sigewinne's Elemental Skill supposedly generates multiple bubbles that can bounce up to three times, and their size gets smaller with each bounce. It is unclear if it is meant to bounce off the enemies or all surfaces. In addition, when these bubbles bounce, they create small water droplets, and collecting them grants a Bond of Life. The Bond of Life supposedly affects her healing. Unfortunately, the source did not share any further details so it is unclear how it works. Meanwhile, Sigewinne shoots water at enemies dealing Hydro damage using her Elemental Burst. It could likely be similar to Hydro Traveler's Elemental Skill. Sigewinne's first Constellation prevents the bubbles from shrinking.
Sigewinne will likely be a Bow unit, and she is expected to get a signature weapon. It is speculated that her Bow might have a 66% HP secondary stat, hinting that she will also likely scale on her Max HP. Furthermore, the weapon's passive effect is expected to increase Sigewinne's Burst damage.
Moreover, we already have a lot of 4.7 leaks that reveal some major additions to the game. The biggest change leaked is the new Spiral Abyss, which is supposed to change the dynamics of Genshin’s endgame, having 8 floors and 600 primogems as a reward. Other than that, we have leaks about a new Dainsleif interlude chapter, which will likely delve into the Khaenri’ah ruins and finally reveal the story surrounding the fallen civilization.

Bro, Seal Lady will have her rerun in 4.7, as she gets second part of her story quest + she didn't get rerun now, in 4.6, when she was supposed to get it as every Archon reruns after exactly 4 patches 'til release XD But since Lyney took her place, she'll be back in 4.7 ;)

To put it on F2P perspective. It's hard to get a decent Hydro unit. Especially these units are lock behind paywall with a limited time.
Xingque, Barbara and Candace are not bad units. But they're not as good as their 5-star counterpart.

bro does damage has a shield (that heals a bit) and on top of that has the best off field Hydro application in the game

I love Furina as character, but her gameplay never got me ... and I see her all the time on co op so...i will skip her forever
First Of All, the banners aren"t disappointing, it"s for the people who haven"t the characters that they want so badly. I don"t care how much good or bad the characters or even the Weapon Kits are and please, do not make yourself disappointed, just because you"re not happy with the banner. Still, with the 4.7 Update I actually need all characters on that banners inclusively the weapons too. For now at 4.6, I only need arlecchino at the moment, don"t care about the other characters in 4.6, especially for wanderer. I don"t want him at all, because I hate him so much.

i don’t think columbina is coming any time soon, as for furina, she’s one of the, if not, the best support in the game, but good luck to you!

@@user-yv7ct9ef6d I would say that I agree, but it's only because Cai Haoyu's calling the shots in that department - Impact 3rd was just as bad originally, but it improved when he went (Hell, we've had free S-Ranks. Namely Herrscher of Sentience, free boxes with fragments towards older characters and Herrscher of Origin. This, plus Dr. Ratio in Honkai Star Rail)
