In this video, we'll explore the 4.7 banners and speculate on the potential 4-star characters who might feature in the upcoming banners.

Starting with the Phase One banners: As you may already know, Clorinde and Alhaitham will have their banners in Phase One, and the weapon banner looks fantastic. If you have enough wishes, consider trying for the weapon banner, as losing the 50/50 still lands you a solid 5-star weapon.
Regarding the four-star characters on these banners: Sethos is confirmed for Phase One, and it's expected that Kaveh and Gaming will also appear. Chevreuse has a good chance of showing up as well, since overload teams are excellent for Electro characters, especially with Chevreuse on your team.
Ultimately, Hoyoverse decides which characters to rerun. Kaveh hasn't had a rerun since his initial release in version 3.6, and with Alhaitham getting a rerun, it makes sense to include Kaveh in Phase One.
Phase Two of the 4.7 update is one of the most anticipated banners, mainly because of Furina. She hasn't had a rerun since her debut in 4.2, and her banner has been delayed multiple times for unknown reasons, but she's finally arriving in Phase Two. While it's uncertain how many will pull for Sigewinne, those without Furina will likely go for her.
For the four-star characters in Phase Two, Charlotte seems like a strong candidate. She was introduced in version 4.2 alongside Furina and hasn't had a rerun since. As a dedicated support for Furina, their kits synergize well, so Charlotte should be on Furina's banner.
If Chevreuse doesn't appear in Phase One, she might be featured in Phase Two, although the chances are slim. In that case, Heizhou is expected to appear instead.
