I have another video that goes into much more detail on a larger repair the a product that is designed for plastics. It works much better than fiberglass. Fiberglass will separate from the plastic over time. Here’s a link to the video. Let me know if you have any questions after watching this. th-cam.com/video/n6iRVleWSjY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YN57FD2wON6nKPUB

Sure, It applies just as easily, but instead of a porous hard stone, you’ll get Plastix-27, a durable fiber-reinforced polymer that fuses itself to the surface. Check it out at shopUSA.Koverbond.com?ref=BALDEAGLE242!

If folks weren’t so stupid, they wouldn’t smash their $3,000 piece of equipment into everything in their yard. Or smash their $45,000 vehicles into the sidewalk curbing, smashing the lower front bumper off. But I digress, lol!

@@baldeagle242 I stumbled onto this guy over two years ago. He’s the expert when it comes to superglue and baking soda. He’s also experimented with corn starch. That said, I don’t remember if he’s used any other substrates. He’s done around 30 videos on this subject, experimenting with many variations on how to use this technique. m.th-cam.com/channels/DlT6sT97TJ7WK4Hmm5xvSg.htmlsearch?query=Superglue

They never fail to provide a challenge for sure. 😉👍
I’ve been using 2 part putty sticks for some minor repairs,
but anything that smokes while it’s curing is always better !

I never heard of it until now it might be a good investment
I use it on broken plastic pieces all the time. Simple, fast, can be painted and it works.
Excellent repair Steve, that stuff is great, would it join together if you place some on the broken area and place the broken piece io to it 🤔
