I find it interesting how several different real estate agents and Michael who is not an agent always end up touring the same exact house and posting their videos in the same week as another. It's almost like watching several different actors audition for the same part. You get to see the same exact thing over and over again but in a different way each time.
I imagine the builders or real estate contact all the media. It’s very hard to sell houses in California. Especially to the rich. The rich are fleeing in droves to states that don’t have the oppressive taxes and an insecure electric supply. It is terrible to get a blackout, when it is 105 outside.
@@rickjason215 Yes very true! Another problem with real estate in LA is a lot of these a large "Mansions" are being built in neighborhoods where they don't belong. This is a very big thing and problem in the valley. To this day I still don't understand why a developer will tear down a small average ranch home and in its place build a 10,000 plus sqft mansion in a neighborhood of old small houses that look like hell. So now you have this large beautiful towering mansion right in the middle of a bunch of 50 year old houses. Then they wonder why it sits on the market for several months or even years. Cause the fact of the matter is a lot of wealthy people who want to buy a mansion want to buy one in a neighborhood full of other mansions. Not small decrepit houses from the 1970's and before.

What a lovely home. The onyx marble was gorgeous. I also LOVED the living wall. The other plants in the house was so nice.
But the bottom area of the house, wow. It also felt very inviting in a way.

I've seen this house in another video recently, which is completely ok for me, as your opinion about it and overall presence just make up for the fact that I've seen this. The house itself is gorgeous and you guys are amazing like always. But, I have to say, that I had the impression as if Michael was in some kind of hurry. In some cases, he didn't seem to be very interested in the house and "rushed" through the rooms and hallways. Might be just my impression, I can be completely wrong. I just thought that the house deserved a little bit more love (and time). Anyway, I liked the video and I cannot wait for the next one. Keep it up, you guys are amazing. :-)
Michael's videos are more of a Mike and Adam routine, while Enes goes into amazing detail about all the homes features. Both are enjoyable to me for different reasons.

This is easily by far my favorite home that you have ever shown. I love everything about it. So much so that I would love to get the floorplan and build one here in Australia... I paid $100. 3 months ago for electric and still had 47 cents for this month. Normally my electric bill is about $30. a month but I used some air conditioning. The only thing that stays on all the time is the fridge the rest is on power cords and if not in use they're switched off. Also have the special save energy light bulbs. They cost $ to start but I've had the same ones for 7 years and they're still going strong.
Other's in my apartment building spend $300. or more a month for their electric bills. They laughed at me for spending the extra money for the energy saving bulbs and power cords. Hey? It pays off.😁

Even Michael and Adam didn't know it existed, like 99.9999% of people here, me included. Santander, Telefonica, Iberdrola, Zara, ACS.... most people do know these Spanish corporations and the use Spanish for their names and for their communications, along with English. Barceloni dialect, wrongly called catalan, is a minor regional language, just like Occitan, Breton, Venetian, Sicilian or the many other regional languages in France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Russia.... Spanish on the other had is the second most spoken native language on the planet after Mandarin and ahead of English and second business language after English and catching up fast
