I saw my grandmother make her own buttermilk as a child! I still preferred the pretty kind from the carton! I still can’t believe how I ate so much buttermilk and cornbread as a toddler! 😂😂😂😂
"It's not spoiled..." Well, sort of, it is, right? But, spoiled on purpose rather than 'spoiled' like a science experiment in the rear of a home-school family frig. (Yeah, I was a home-school mom.)
There's a difference between curdling due to spoilage and curdling intentionally. When something is spoiled, it means it's no longer safe for consumption.
Thank you for putting captions where we can see them 😅 you're the best ❤

so happy I found your TH-cam channel yay
Are you using a standard 9 x 5 loaf pan?
That's what it looks like. It's what I've been using recently for muffin mix but in a loaf
Wait... you start with 4 eggs. I'm out. That's already $100 😮🙃
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 almost
Eggs are too high to be putting 4 in some cornbread. looks good though.
@@mamaj7104 it’s a very large amount of cornbread to fill the loaf pan.
@@mamaj7104do some math then and downsize the recipe. all you need to know how to do is divide by two or four, definitely not rocket science.
Looks so good!!! Also, i LOVE your nails 😍
Looks tasty! I found you from your disability friendly cooking and look forward to lots more of those, too!
👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
WAIT- can you please do a video on how you make the homemade butter milk please
This is only a substitute made by mixing two ingredients. Real buttermilk is just a natural byproduct of making butter
@KyraCuro-y5m I can. It’s really easy just put a little vinegar in the milk and it gets thick after a couple of minutes
4 eggs...dang that's an expensive loaf😅 🫶🏾
Are eggs expensive in USA? A dozen in UK is £2.99 ..shall we send some?
They’re up to $9 here. The ones I used were on sale for $6 🫤
$4.99 per dozen & and going up as we speak. You can send me some. Monday, there were none at my local store
did it taste okay w the viniger ? looks good
Yes it doesn't taste like vinegar at all.
What whisk is that? I like it
I think it’s in my storefront on amz
Can’t find recipe
How the heck is your waist so thin eating cornbread? Looks delicious.

This recipe is perfect excluding the sugar. Sweet corn bread isnt corn bread. Its corn cake.😂
I completely agree. 👍
mmm i love me some corn cake then 😋 i only eat sweet cornbread haha
I only use unsweetened cornbread for dressing. Any other time it has to be sweet. 😋
Marry me 😍
how we not the Indians of America when no one makes corn bread like us. Africa can't teach you that.

@Sherirose1. Thanks, but no thanks. Your egg yokes orange colored. In the good old USA we love the pale yellow color yokes.😊
Eggs?? In this economy?
😂😂😂 you’re right.
You tried so hard to make this video but u couldn't just go get some buttermilk?
Be quiet.
Youre beautiful
Thank you so much ❤
