Hey guys! This tutorial is all about how I curl my short hair. It's messy, kinda beach waves, but also cute and put-together. It's super easy and takes me only 5 minutes :)

I'm an older starter to hair curling. This tutorial is perfect for me. I would have never worked out the vertical technique on my own, the use of 'pulsing' of the clamp, it all worked amazingly well. I had no idea how to use my hair curler, yet even with a small barrel I've ended up with glossy fat curls. Thank you so much, you're a Star!!! Oh, and that you don't waste time with unnecessary, frustrating chatter is so appreciated. Will definitely subscribe and share too. :)

Same! I've never successfully curled my hair with the clamped ones so I got a clampless curler for Christmas and hopefully it works!
Sylvanna Violanti gurl, curling wands are the BEST. I like low key gave myself so many tattoos by accidentally burning myself from the iron, but like it's worth it at the end.

I just cut my hair short recently, and I REALLY struggle with curling my hair and keeping it curled. I've watched so many tutorials on how to curl short hair and this video is the BEST I've seen so far! Thank you for explaining it so well. Thank you! I've had long hair basically my whole life, but last week I cut it short. My stylist tried to show me how to curl it to give it more volume but curling it yourself is very different than curling someone else's hair! I'm going to try your techniques tomorrow!

This video was perfect. THIS TECHNIQUE WORKS FOR MEDIUM TO LONG HAIR AS WELL! I'm going to try it tomorrow to see if it holds up with my limp, straight, thin(ish) hair. I hope it holds!

Thanks for this tutorial. I have watched many, and you are the only one that suggested taking vertical sections of hair. I've sort of gotten the hang of this technique, but my ends still stick out too much. I need to figure out how to keep the ends straight and not flipping out

Just came across your hair tutorial and love your technique. My hair is almost exactly the same length as yours, I too am growing out my bangs. I don't have the time to waste sectioning off my hair so your tutorial is right up my alley. Going to try it out tomorrow.

i recently cut my hair from super long to about her hair length and this video helped me out so much. i didn’t realize curling short hair would be so different from curling long hair haha
I'm glad I found this video. I have a short bob, I haven't owned a curling iron in 25 years.😳 I nearly burnt my ear and the diameter on my curling iron is too small, so I took larger sections. It looks awful because I'm inexperienced with this, so I don't care if the waves fall out. But I'm sure I can get a hang of it with experience.

but what is in your hair before heat protector? your hair looks like your curls automatically stay together quite well for being fine. Mine will disasemble as soon as I set the iron down. Thanks :)
