Whipped Feta Dip:
6 oz. feta cheese
3/4 cup whole fat greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. EVOO
1 tbsp. Fresh mint, chopped or Thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Blackberry Cobbler:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
1 or 3 cups of blackberries lol
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes

I swear Ms Alma, I'm not following u whatever channel u go to + it must be the algorithm that suggests all the channels that ur on! Jessica is darling and I love her spontaneity so I guess I have to subscribe and become a groupie! Glad to hear ur protected by angels still & spared storm disasters! We got an April snow here in Michigan & sounds like another might come this weekend. The mix is a sweet smelling chilly scent bc the rain/snow are landing on fresh grass & buds trying to come up. It's prob gonna kill some flowers - but wish u could smell the sweetness in the air! Have a beautiful nite & "see u" Sunday at Mel's!

I'm definitely trying those zucchini fries!!! So the way we have always made cobbler is melt the stick of butter in the pan. Then in a bowl, combine the milk, sugar, and self rising flour. Pour that mixture over the butter but don't stir! Then add fruit of choice over the top. Bake. Sooo good. I love the crust ❤️
Anytime you can take us along to tour campers is a good time. That was like a house, it was huge. Food looked amazing, all of it!

Your cobbler recipe is the exact same as the one my Grandmother gave me over fifty years ago. I usually make peach cobbler, I like to use the peach juice in place of the milk.

Hey, Jessica I love to watch you and bunky. My husband and I got our second RV in new years day and we love it it's a Jayco Pinnacle 32rlts we absolutely love it.
We have a 2017 Keystone Alpine 35 feet w/ 3 slides. 5th-wheels are the best. We decided to hit the road and are in it full-time now. Can’t wait to see Jessica’s and all their adventures. So fun!
My former MIL taught me to make the one cup cobbler. So good and so easy!! My boys grew up on what ever fruit was available cobbler and both make it for their kids now! I gotta make that dip! And the zucchini!

My Nana called that cobbler recipe cupa cupa cupa as did the Clarice on Steel Magnolias. I love it with blueberries or granny smith apples. I'm so gonna make that feta dip!! Everything looked amazing!

Jessica, I make my cobbler the same way you do. I use three packs of blackberries in mine. I like alot of fruit in my cobbler. Btw, I love the White Lily flour.

I make this cobbler all the time. I love to use canned peaches.and i add cinnamon. And i have always melted my butter right in my baking dish. I noticed that your cobbler stuck to your dish, it wont stick at all if you mix your ingredients in a bowl and then pour in the hot butter.

When you put the stick of butter in the baking dish, cut up the butter as much as you can, before you put it in the oven to melt. It will ake less time to melt. :)

Those are 2 very yummy sounding dinners! Not sure if u ever noticed but Swiss cheese is absolutely the lowest in sodium - for those with special diets. I think ur mannerisms are too cute & love the transparency u have too. I just recently searched for a deep dish healthier pie crust & was happy to find a set of 2 at Aldis - no hydrogenated products in them! I think ur recipe sounds fabulous & can't wait to try! As an Australian, I am astonished how large the caravans are that Americans feel they need for a little holiday!
The one they were looking at was definitely a large luxury one. In the US we also have smaller pop-ups or third wheels & some people just travel with tents. If I could afford to travel that comfortably though I’m not sure why I wouldn’t!

I had a whipped feta dip for the first time a few years back at The Moonraker restaurant in Beaufort, NC and became obsessed. It’s so good. They drizzled the top with honey and put some chopped up Kalamata olives in the middle. Sooo good.

u crack me up.....i just happened to watch Carla Mackenzie first so i saw those white and black platforms....she even mentioned u.....quite a few times!!! But i love how giddy u get when u show everything and Bunky's reactions to u are cute!! Ooh and on a side note...i really want to make that cobbler and found out u can use a cup of ap flour, 1&1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt if u do not have self rising...which i didnt!!! Guess it would defeat the purpose of the name "one cup cobbler" but technically no one has to know hahahahaha

I live not too far from where the airstream trailers are made. They give tours of the factory me and my sister is going to go up there and see it one day.

My what a delicious meal y’all are cooking up ! Ribeye steak is our favorite cut of beef ! You just can’t beat a fruit cobbler for dessert I make a real easy one where you melt a stick of butter in the pan . Mix up the batter pour it all over the melted butter then spoon the peaches from a large can of peaches that’s in heavy syrup then pour all the juice over the top of it all then I do a sprinkle of sugar and then some ground cinnamon all over the top then I bake it so easy and so so delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream just sends it over the top . Lordly, it looks like I’m gonna have to get up and cook some steak and zucchini fries and dip and my peach cobbler for supper now ! Y’all are such a sweet couple ! I always enjoy your videos keep on making them ! Blessings!💕
