That covers everything from Imperial factions, T'au, Eldar factions, Necrons, Tyranids and Chaos. Set the game up where you travel between planets. Each planet has a few settlements you can fight over, after transporting troops via the void. Make void control and battles important. As for factions like the Tyranids or Dark Eldar, well turn them into raiding nomad style factions. The Tyrands need to consume to grow and the Dark Eldar need to raid to sustain themselves. Those factions can't or won't hold down planets, but feed upon those planets. A faction like the craftworld Eldar can be given a wholly different objective rather than conquer so many planets. Finally they can also play around with putting the Imperium in a hopeless situation early in the campaign with them losing planets from all sides. Isn't the Horus Heresy a shoe-in for this because of how fleshed out the campaign would be? The lack of Xenos factions is definitely the rub there. However, I think it would be really interesting if the different Legions were completely unique. You could really flesh out each of their Legion cultures and how their playstyles are hinged upon those unique elements. Perhaps this is a bit of an abstract parallel, but I can see it going from Warcraft II to III in terms of focus and detail. Involving Primarchs with their own fleshed out progressions and strategies/roles in conjunction with their sons. I don't think we have to worry, think about the mods for total war 40k! I am willing to bet a heresy mod will be one of the first big mods we get
@@Kingtiger88888 good point.... But that just means I have to wait longer!!! I kid, I kid!... But do I?
"oh you dont want to play space marines? Cool buy this DLC for one faction"
0:08 it’s Monday and I didn’t expect to work less more than 7 mins
we know anything about votann wave 2??
Wouldn't the next release show just be at the next World Championships, i e. Tacoma on 19th-21st July. Seems logical, albeit it later than I would like!
Battle gothic 2 is probably my favorite warhammer game after Dawn of War Dark Crusade and Darktide. Warhammer 40K total war could trump them all
When is the codex release list for 24 thru 25?
The Summer Games Fest are a few days away so... yeah... I'm hopeful WH40K Total War may finally be announced.
If this turns out to be nothing I'm calling it heresy.
Wont be there, mate!
Any rumors about a new Tyranid model too?
"rumors are lies" ........ "VALRAK HAS EXPOSED THE FUTURE"
They should get the battlefleet Gothic bois to make space combat a thing for this game
Total Warhammer 40K would be pretty sweet as I see it, so thumbs up for that!
I wish we could get a Dawn of War game with smaller armies, unlike Total War.
I would be interested in seeing how they would do the total war Warhammer 40k game and I would be interested in the game
I'm so hyped for total war Warhammer 40k!
It occurs to me if I made a channel like Valrak I could save a lot of money on pants
Would actually consider getting a gaming PC again this game happens.
Unit size will be interesting. Will they do the 1000 per legion rule or will they say fuck it and just make a unit of assult intercessors be 50 or 100 even hahaha
I really want a Sigmar vs chaos total war game.
Wonder what its going to be like, I never thought total war combat would be good in 40k
Total War Warhammer 40K would be very cool.
I just want knights with my 40k total war. Just would be so fun
Fingers crossed World Eaters get something good
Valrak: "legend of total scams here"
Bit late in the day with this Val. I thought it was your live stream.
Is it true that your NDA says you can't stream until 8.30pm
Total war 40k would be AMAAAAAAZZIIIIINNNGGG
I would like a 3 part game. Part one horus heresy. Part two after the all the primarchs are gone. Part three the return of the primarchs but even more op than HH
if we can take totalwar oldhammer as reference, it will be 3 parts alright.... of the same game. lol
Might be like dawn of war rts games
amazing if true. CA was bouncing the idea of 40k total war for years now
I love the accent at wo'ammer
Here 3 minutes before the discord ping, step it up valrak
RTS/FPS hybrids r the new hotness check out ( mount & blade BL ) or ( silica ) or ( outpost infinity siege ) its more fun to be on ground floor with your troops
They are also supposed to do a storyline dlc to bring it more in line with old world lore.

I want a new 40k RTS but not from Creative Assembly pls!
