For those who are not familiar with the notation (in parentheses) above:
X = string muted or not hit;
0 = string played without pressing any fret;
1, 2, 3, 4... = which fret we must press
Here's the order of the guitar strings in that notation: (low) E - A - D - G - B - (high) E.
In the Cadd9 chord (X32033), for instance, X means the (low) E is not hit, the A string is played while pressing the 3rd fret, and so on.
As you can hear in this song, there's a slide between A and G chords: it goes from the notes C#4 / Db4 (B string, 2nd fret) to D4 (B string, 3rd fret)
