No one was prepared for this outbreak literally thousands of patients at once in a city. It's impossible to treat every single person. The doctors, nurses are also humans. There are hospitals being build up, some of you will have to wait. Don't always blame government for everything.

They are taking it serious, but the virus is also very contagious. Even if it only took 10 days, building new field hospitals would be an unnecessary waste of time and resources.
The US Navy already has two 1,000-bed hospital ships -- one on each coast -- that can be activated and deployed within 5 days. Even during natural disasters, the US just sets up field hospital tents or repurposes existing infrastructure like military bases, aircraft hangers, sports stadiums, or convention centers.

Sam Walters One case was reported two days ago. Nothing since, but it's only a matter of time. They're now projecting this won't peak in Wuhan until about the end of April. Other cities may lag another weak or so after that.

Both are under observation, its much easier to contain the first few then what's happened in wuhan, once the number of infected gets that high i dont any healthcare system in the world will be able to cope, so the best way forward for every other country to not let the virus loose initially, else its all over, unless the virus itslef mutates to become less deadly.

No one was prepared for this outbreak literally thousands of patients at once in a city. It's impossible to treat every single person. The doctors, nurses are also humans. There are hospitals being build up, some of you will have to wait. Don't always blame government for everything.

From what i can see from all the videos about this issue, the main issue is the hospitals need more staff and room to take care of the sick people there and because of that those who ill beginning to feel fear and it make they lose their patience...this need to be fix first, china need more medical staff and place to take care of those massive infection. In my country 🇮🇳I haven't even ever seen anyone selling masks , and have never ever even seen anyone wear masks except for doctors in operation theatre 😂😂. I am not sure they even sell them in medical stores usually . Even though air pollution here can get very high still no one wears masks coz people are chill and fine even without them . But I am not sure if virus comes here ,people will be fine without mask or not
It's the same in Vietnam, I ordered a lot of surgical masks but the seller has yet delivered it's likely that they'll cancel my order to raise the price.

They are taking it serious, but the virus is also very contagious. I dont have any masks yet and will only buy them once multiple human to human transmission is recorded in india, which hasn't been the case yet, the only 2 people infected got it directly from china.

This virus is not a death sentence. Most people infected will likely get over it as it looks like. Yes...1000 deaths is a lot but in context...the total number infected is in the 10's of thousands.

This is 100% what happened in Wuhan, as my older brother is still queuing in the hospital for a testing (02022020 9pm), who has been on a fever for more than 10 days. I’m waiting for my family (I live abroad) to let me know if he can be tested today or not, as there’s shortage in the testing kits. But I really cannot understand why there is shortage of testing kits.

I think their government or other countries should provide bicycles or some kind of vehicles so they can go place to place more easily.
So I learned we need a bike in situations like this. If you don’t have a car, gas shortage, city quarantined and public transport breaks down.
So now I understand. The numbers that show infected people are actually much higher, mainly because there are many more who cannot, have not or don't want to get tested because it is paid. And I bet, the number of casualties is much higher than 362 because some of them either not reported, died alone or other reasons.
