Thank you for posting this! I had the new part in after about 45min. Easy with the help of your vid. Appreciate the details and subscribed. I see you have merch. I’ll be picking some up. Thanks again!!
Thanks so much! Shop quoted 600$ and I bought the switch ignition sensor and replaced it within 20 minutes and it immediately fixed and will crank without any additional pressure. You saved me 600$ !!! The part I bought costed 60$ Thank you! 😮
I replaced the switch but now the car won’t turn it all. All the lights turn on I hear noise in the car but it won’t turn! What’s going on? Should I replace the whole ignition housing?

So you don't have to replace the Ignition Lock Cylinder on this vehicle when the key has to be pressed in to start?
No, that’s only if you have a problem with the key getting stuck when you take it out.
@@JCMotiveGarage oh. Thanks
@@JCMotiveGarage mine won't start turning it over if I put tape around the switch it works for a few days
Is this what I need to replace to make it turn over easier I put the tape on the back of the switch around the part that sticks out
@mikeypierce73 put black electric tape around it then super glue all over the tape & let dry before you put back in.
