Hey rick! Thanks for your advice! I've learned that from my coach before, jabbing away out of the liver hook. Im still not too good at it tho. I find the only time I can avoid getting hit after a liver hook punch is to step out with a low kick right after.

Simplicity is best when it comes to combos in sparring. Every once in a while you can do a flashy move. Simple being like Jab, cross Lead hand hook, cross Lead hand hook, cross, roundhouse to leg or body And so on
I legit love your videos. I watch them everyday trying to get something fromit. I started MMA back in februrary and thinking about fighting. Your videos teach me a lot.
Great video. I'm new to sparring and I struggle with a high-level southpaw (I'm orthodox) who seems to land his right hand at will every time I try a left hook - inside low kick similar to your combos #1 and 2. Should I be throwing a right hook and attacking his rear leg or am I just not getting off line enough on my kick?
What you are doing is fine, but just assume you need more drilling/practice/experience. You cant expect to beat someone who has done it longer or is just better at it than you. Sometimes it isnt the technique your doing wrong, its that someone else is better at defending than you are at attacking or vice versa! Keep up the good training and remember to drill drill drill!
Sometimes when you pause the video to highlight something the music stops playing, not really a major problem but I thought I'd say it still. I love how you pause the video and graphically illustrate the technique, makes it real easy to follow. Showing real sparring makes the technique so much more credible as we viewers see how you implement it and that it does indeed really work. Liked and favorited the video, great advice, really like the combos. You are really great at explaining why the combo is one of your favorites and pointing to small things that help you execute the combo better e.g when you said to aim for the palm of your hand to make the knee connect better really helped me out. Or When you explained that in combo 3 the crucial step was to step outside 45 degrees so you opponent walks into the kick. Great Stuff, keep up the good work!
Just did a practice on these on the bag. Will try them later tonight in sparring. I like how they are basic so easy to do and easy to remember and can see they will be effective in landing. And yes I also like how you show these working in sparring

MMA Shredded I learnt it from you. I just watched some of your combos and improvised:) hope you never stop making videos ! Very practical applications you show us
As a beginner. I've found many videos on basic combos, but everytime I try them out I feel out of balance and that I am doing something wrong. The fact that you explain your footwork, makes it so much easier to pick up. Specially for beginners like myself. Thank you very much!
Your method of sparring reminds me of my head instructor at the gym I go to. He spars with, Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Teep, and a Right Round kick. He just casually will walk forward and just take people apart with about 90% of just a 1,2 combo and the occasional Low round kick. He says that 90% of his training is just basics. His timing and shot recognision is insane!
Bro your videos are badass and so informative i was down a dark path but seeing your videos made me fall in love with fighting like. Boxing and mma again thanks for being you and helping me out by doing nothing but shinning and doing what you love thank you alot
Love it, basic but very effective. I don’t like when some instructors have students drill complicated 7-8 punch/kick combos that no one will ever land unless your opponent literally doesn’t move at all and let’s you do it.
I created a playlist, "sparring combos" and this is my first video. My dojo is finally reopening next month and I've been training hard. Thanks for this video, I really like these combos, they are fluid and sneaky
Mick Coup has a quote I liked something to the effect of "Martial artists seek to make the impossible possible, we should see to make the possible probable, better yet the probable perfect", I feel he was saying people who train for combat should train swing kicks and teeps, straights and hooks over scissor kicks, spinning back fists etc
Your videos are awesome man! I always share them with my training partners and coaches. Love how you show the fails and are honest with yourself and the viewers such as why you go leg kick after body hook because your boxing isn’t as developed. Great videos, great martial artist, and keep on the hero’s journey!
man your videos are so inspiring i used to train at a bushi ban that looks just like the gym in the video and im getting super nostalgic on those training vibes. Its been two years and im ready to get back in there. love the sparring videos man please keep them up
Some great combos. Being the critic I am, there’s nothing wrong with stepping off on angles. It opens up more. Lower that kick from the high thigh or low body to the t-band. Also the combo where you are going to the body with the left, go to the low leg. The opponent is grounded from the excessive hand and will plant his weight on the front leg and open himself up to an great inside low leg kick. I’m going to play with these combos in my next class on the pads and sparring sesh. Love your videos and again, hit me back. I’d love to join you for a sparring sesh and collaborative video if you’re interested. 🙏🥊🥊
Dude thanks so much for this video. I love that these combo's come with sparring footage and I'll start working these into my sparring and heavy bag work
I tried some of these Combos recently at my Gym, All I got to say is HIGH FIVE MAN!!!! Not only that but your movement with the combos reminds me of Ernesto Hoost!!!! You move just like him Too Awesome!!!
That left hook, follow with a liver shot and right lowkick, is from Ernesto Hoost. 2 fast combinations. Either way you should kick on the right leg of your opponent. Then calmly land the left jab, 3 strikes. And relaxed. Then kick with your left leg, to give and inside legkick, that’s where they can’t handle or train their muscles.
After watching your video I will keep in mind that basics are key besides wanting to learn the more advance movements and techniques. Combo 1 was my favorite and is something I will pick up on.
Mann you are a beast, thank you so much for the content and sharing your skills with all of us. I really enjoy you use sparring as your examples of the techniques you are showing us. Love the content God bless 👊🏼

one of my favorite combinations is jab, left inside leg kick and right overhand right. next one is jab, left push kick.
Sweet bro!
Thank you very much!
thanks for watching!!
You've got some really nice striking mate, how's your wrestling and Jiu jitsu tho? Not hating just wondering since you're an MMA fighter
Hey thanks! Im a purple in BJJ. As for wrestling, im not one to just say im good or bad haha, but I do have some wrestling videos around my channel!
MMAShredded Quality stuff lad, if you struggle to take people down a solid uppercut or hook will always do the job 👍
Tony Ferguson is the type of dude to offer mma advice on TH-cam.

His timing and shot recognision is insane!
basics and something sneaky here and there is the way to go!
used my controller when I saw that arrow :D
haha!
I like how the calming music sounds as you smash your sparring partners, love it
haha thanks for watching!
Great music
thanks!
Great combos. Seem simple but actually thought out. Works great at the gym and sparring
awesome thanks!!
Ernesto hoost style
Ernesto hoost the best!
One of the best fight tips channel I’ve come across! I like how u keep it simple but effective
Thanks bro!!
2:00 did someone die?? What's with the sad music?? 😄
Great content, blah blah blah... you've heard me say it on every video🙂
haha thanks brother!
I have seen 1000s of striking videos and this is Added to my striking playlist good video as always keep it up! Love the detail, sparing everything
Thanks zachary!!
Bro your videos are badass and so informative i was down a dark path but seeing your videos made me fall in love with fighting like. Boxing and mma again thanks for being you and helping me out by doing nothing but shinning and doing what you love thank you alot
thank you bro!
Best fighting channel. Indeed, it's the sparring.
Thanks bro!
One of the best technical videos!
thank you!
Dude, you are my favourite MT youtube channel.
thanks so much!
Love it, basic but very effective. I don’t like when some instructors have students drill complicated 7-8 punch/kick combos that no one will ever land unless your opponent literally doesn’t move at all and let’s you do it.
thanks for watching!
Hey Jeff i just want to thank you since My sparring improved a lot since i started following you.
Greetings from italy.
I am very happy to hear bro! Thankss!
I love the jab/cross/ to spinning lead elbow to a cross to distance yourself.
So fluent watched Jon jones explain it, can’t stop using it
cheers!!
Drum & bass at the end
thank you bro!
You are best mma kickboxing channel. Thank you . This is awesome

Just got back into mma training after 10 years. I will be referring to your channel often. Good stuff brother!

I created a playlist, "sparring combos" and this is my first video. My dojo is finally reopening next month and I've been training hard. Thanks for this video, I really like these combos, they are fluid and sneaky
thanks for watching Justin!
Does leg kicks work in a street fight?
The first combo is successful because of the initial cross thrown or feinted, allowing you to take that big left step to set up the kick.
1 of my BEST Basic Offensive Combos (Throw away hook/upper + Kick)
Mick Coup has a quote I liked something to the effect of "Martial artists seek to make the impossible possible, we should see to make the possible probable, better yet the probable perfect", I feel he was saying people who train for combat should train swing kicks and teeps, straights and hooks over scissor kicks, spinning back fists etc
Very nice quote. And yesI agree!
man, keep the vids coming. Its helping me a lot at the gym. GOD bless ya!
glad to hear it man thank you!
This video is the first one I've seen from you, and it earned you another subscriber, well done
Awesome thanks for the support! Be sure to check out the rest of my videos if you like this one!

Thanks bro!
I have seen quite a few of your videos but this is one of the best ones
awesome thanks!
Aye Jeff you are the real deal my friend never stop fighting 👌🏾
thanks brother!
Your videos are awesome man! I always share them with my training partners and coaches. Love how you show the fails and are honest with yourself and the viewers such as why you go leg kick after body hook because your boxing isn’t as developed. Great videos, great martial artist, and keep on the hero’s journey!
thanks so much Josua! keep up the training!
And the dolphin hold felt like heaven once again
man your videos are so inspiring i used to train at a bushi ban that looks just like the gym in the video and im getting super nostalgic on those training vibes. Its been two years and im ready to get back in there. love the sparring videos man please keep them up
thanks so much for your support!
I think this is one of your best videos. I love they way you are showing these techs in actual sparring. Thanks for sharing! Subbing!
thanks man!
You know how to actually spar and not just got for the ko. Respect you’re a beast
thank you!

Thanks. This is 5 years old but I am sure this will spice up my sparring sessions!
'basics win the fight with an advanced technique here and there as an option' ... so true.
thanks for watching!
I always watch your videos for detailed combos which I can use for my sparring. You have greatly improved my sparring
IM very glad to hear man!
What I also like is that you show us where your combo failed in real time sparring too so we can learn from that as well . Thank you very much❤️
thank you!!
Dude thanks so much for this video. I love that these combo's come with sparring footage and I'll start working these into my sparring and heavy bag work

Thanks for the support Janakiev!!
Guys got real talent. Very very smooth.
thx!
That left hook, follow with a liver shot and right lowkick, is from Ernesto Hoost.
2 fast combinations.
Either way you should kick on the right leg of your opponent. Then calmly land the left jab, 3 strikes. And relaxed. Then kick with your left leg, to give and inside legkick, that’s where they can’t handle or train their muscles.
keep up the work. Some of the most helpful videos out there for improving your thai game.
Thanks Keith!
