can definitely agree with this, my uni team train out of his dads gym and they’re both sound guys, and anytime he happened to be around while we were training he was always happy to answer questions or show a few of us some little tips and tricks

Muay Thai is the hardest to art to earn the moniker "legend" in because there are so many colorful characters full of talent. If he keeps going though nobody will be able to deny his steeze.

Looks to be as good an instructor as he is a fighter. Sparring was mesmerising, and could see he tuned his intensity to the ability of each partner. Can't wait to see the general back in the ring he's still got so much to acheive. Thanks for the video, just what i need before the next sparring session

I simply love JH technique.. i like all his fights in one fc. I support him all the way. I watch this and ive learn a lot.. would want to try out in training with the heavy bags. Thank u general JH.

Siam Boxing yeah first video I’ve seen of yours good so subscribe to you,yes definitely got great tips there,Luckily done saenchai seminar very good legend my favourite,but was long time ago didn’t really speak English,but I’ve heard English is good now,I do sport karate and Muay Thai so like fighters that are little bit unorthodox try mixing up styles,think saenchai samart best at that,got old school Muay Thai with a bit flashy stuff too
