Her voice though, and her grey eyes, oh my goodness. Amy probably had a strong emotional pull on this song, as much as their song "Hello" which was about her younger sister who passed away. Hope fragile people don't get the wrong idea, but those bandages, I think are to represent pain. Notice how the boys playing football are unaware of her presence?
