Have just done the same mod on my 2013 Multistrada, using stock muffler and it is way louder than that. I will have to put an aftermarket muffler on it with a hard baffle.
The mod definitely sounds like it breathes easier but I prefer the deeper sound of the stock pipe. I suspect the removal of the midpipe needs a muffler replacement to sound decent.
Thanks for the info. Do you know of any options of aDB killer/baffel fit that can go in the mid pipe to quiet it down a bit? I'm asking for a ticket with this set up, esp in California. Thanks!
i just bought used mts 1200s 2013 and i allready have installed custom mid-pipe without catalyst and the sound was awesome. whoever, previous owner gave me also original parts which i installed few days ago just for curiosity and the sound is so bad. literally, like you're driving 400c scooter. my question is, can removing the catalyst actually damage the engine or can cause any other problems? i also have a feeling that without catalyst bike is producing more torque on lower rpm in higher gears. cheers!
What a great video! Can you help me out please: can’t find a mid pipe decay specially for the Enduro. Does a decat for the Multistrada 1200s 2015 fit? Thanks!
Hello. I've been watching your channel for some time. I have a question about the mid-pipe.Has it improved in relation to the temperature that passes to the leg on the left side? It's just that the multistrada in summer heats up a lot on the right side
Hey Joseph, YES! They make the same style rack for the V4 and it's the same for the Pikes Peak edition. Send an email to support@motoroso.com, or hit us on live chat at www.motoroso.com, and we can get that lined up for you.
They sold you the wrong Mid-Pipe Cat-Delete, the exhaust part mid-pipe must be longer and you got a shorter one, so you had to make an addition to fix the exhaust. But I see that even now they have the wrong on their site.
It won't be the same pipe, but it looks like there's several other pipes out there for the 950 (Arrow makes one, and some knock offs on ebay). It looks like it's a different power commander as well, part 14-039, and only works up to 2018 currently.

Which map from DynoJet did you decide to use?
hello, when lowering the motorcycle from the crutch where it stops, because the support is on the catalytic converter. I appreciate your response.
I am thinking of doing this on my scrambler 1100

Haven't noticed a major difference to be honest,
Does it require power commander. Or can we use it stock with just the decat.
Recommend the power commander to make it run cleaner. But probably not the biggest deal.
We have one on hand, if you’d like to get it from us. Info@motoroso.com
Anything like this available for the new V4 Pikes Peak edition?

@@Motoroso Thanks, but I was thinking about the mid-pipe and decat. Cheers
@@josephfelice601 oh geez, sorry, got the wires crossed! Haven’t looked into that and it’s not something we sell.

Is it possible to install the Multistrada 950s?

Get the Leo Vince decat.
