Hi Sturkiester, May I ask…. how/ where did you get your red color that you said is close to this color?
@@amarojunk it's been awhile since I made mine and I'm finding it hard to remember. I'm thinking I ordered some different shades of red from Eye Candy Pigments. They had just put those colors out for sell because they were their new reds to go along with their others. I got a kind of sample kit of like 4 different red shades. Some were a more true red and some shades lighter and darker with different tones, if that is the correct word, and I used one or a mix of one and a tiny bit of red paste to make it flow better.

Do u mix the two tester enamels together to paint the edges. I’m using the thinner bottle and it’s coming off pretty thin
does resin work as well for this, i don’t have the varnish atm & i have a coaster setting for tomorrow to try this

Thank you. You want the consistency to be a little thicker than nail polish... I usually suggest a 50/50 mix of varnish/ glitter... yes, fine glitter will work fine

Thank you!💕 I have, but only for my stained glass style pieces... it would likely show on clear acrylic blanks since there would be a slight texture and shine difference. So if you were to use on acrylic, you'll likely either need to do full coverage or seal with a resin topcoat.

WOW absolutely stunning I fell in love with them & your mold I am so happy I have just Discovered your resin channel 🤗👍 I have only been doing resin for a few months so very new to using resin ( I am using the resin called craft resin ) & very pleased with it. I recently found your channel and love everything 🤩 my question is… is there a reason you chose this viscosity vs medium. I do some beach wave art as well as coasters and am trying to decide which is better. I saw the brand you use and may try them, just not sure what would suit best. Thank you for your help!
I use both the thin and medium... medium is more for fully resin techniques like flowers... for these handpainted mixed media techniques the thin is nice as I don't have to worry about bubbles ... the thicker resins can be a bit more finicky regarding bubbles.

hi. i came across your page a few days back and im loving your designs. im just starting the resin arts now and i have a question. is it poasible to use resin instead of varish with the glitter?
Welcome😊💕 it's definitely possible, but resin will start to cure, which will limit your painting time... so depending on how quickly you can get the glitters painted, you can decide... I am a slow painter and don't want that stress lol

These are gorgeous. I’m a little confused about the first pigment you poured in in the pink color. What exactly is that. Do you have a video on doing that. Or do you just buy it and pour it. I’m new at resin and don’t understand. Thx.
Hi! It's just the clear resin mixture with mica powders mixed in to make the color I wanted..it looked pink in liquid form, but was more red once cured. So it's the base color you see for the coasters in the video.
