The "relief" pen simply means the substance is a thick paint that doesn't spread out, but keeps its shape (stands out in relief). I understand they are expensive. Someone below suggested that a silver fabric paint (puff paint?) should work as well, and be much cheaper. I agree...should work, if you can find the color you need
