    You were right in my back yard!!! The Emerald Cut is beautiful and the perfect place to paddle with children. I take my boys there all the time. If you ever come back to this area you definitely have to check out the Juniper Creek run located in Ocala National Forest, it's one of the top 25 kayaking paddles in the US. Plus, it my favorite places to kayak. Florida in the winter is wonderful. I'm glad you enjoyed the visit.

    Randy, My wife would not forgive me if I pulled that snake joke on her! Julie is a good sport. Great job on the underwater views, the water is so clear! The 360-CAM worked great on this adventure. You are getting very good with it. Hey you look younger after swimming in that spring, maybe this is the Fountain of Youth spring that Ponce de Leon was looking for? Oh, I guess there is ANOTHER PARK for that in St. Augustine, Florida, located along Hospital Creek, part of the Intracoastal Waterway (Wikipedia says that location has been touted as the likely 1513 Florida landing site of Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon, although no evidence has been found to substantiate that claim). THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TOUR OF THIS SPRING, . . . Mike

    Love this channel. Nice job. Do you have a year by year timeline for future travels or do you play it by ear each year? When you started, was it national parks only and then branched to the other 423 parks? At what point did your videos go from music only to commentary?

    • @AmericasParks
      @AmericasParks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Bob, great questions! Usually plan trips year-by-year. Much of it depends on where people with me would like to go. Hope to hit Alaska in the future. Yeah, National Parks only, but since I've hit most of them I am getting more diverse. And regarding the 423, yes, at the beginning, but then determined there are other places I'd simply rather visit than merely "check a box off the list." Enjoy making music videos better, but for family memories switched more to the vlogging concept. Take care!

    Now that was interesting! My good friend Nancy sent me pictures last year on a kayak expedition she took last year in Florida. I'm not sure if it was the same area but she sent pics of gators, monkeys & manatees plus some amazing birds. On a sad note, are you aware of the couple that lost their 4 children and their maternal grandmother in a fire? The mother was the leader of the children's ministry at The Church of the Rock in Bushkill Twp Pa. I attended the Memorial this morning & was amazed at her bravery and faith. God Bless her and all that grieve. Have a wonderful Sunday.

    HAPPY SABBATH. 2 THINGS ABOUT CREATION. It is impossible that anything you can touch, taste, hear, see or smell on the face of the earth, be it lighting, tornados, rocks, life, minerals from salt to plutonium or anything that can be seen with the most powerful telescope we have in orbit and beyond what we can see, that could possibly exist without having been created. Because of this, we can be sure that everything that is had to be made where there was absolutely nothing to make it out of.
