I love that you said “we” throughout this whole video - like your lad was desperate to have somewhere to hang the minkys and stack pan lids - god bless ya hahhaaa
Got loads of ideas from that - thanks. I also really want a couple of Lazy Susans for my spices (we have a lot!). I use a lot of the see through containers you get grapes, strawberries etc in for storage of small things eg I put my blushes, nail varnish, son's Lego in them. Makes me feel like I'm saving the planet in some way by repurposing lol. Emma x
How are you dealing with the heat and the ME? I don’t think we have turned any of the house fans off at any point in the last month. Command strips are awesome. We live in rented accommodation and we use them all over the place. The doorbell push is attached on the front door with them, which means I can remove it on Halloween night 😉 I have one hanging my usb charging hub on our chest of drawers in the bedroom, it’s perfect. We use the small ones with the metal hooks in December for the fairly lights in the windows. I love the way you have organised the airing cupboard door. I would never have thought of that.
chriggle1 It’s awful, my partner has been carrying the fan to wherever I am as it’s really really badly effecting me so I’m trying to pace to avoid any flare ups 😩 I hope you’re coping as well as possible! Oh wow, such great ideas!! Thank you for sharing them with me! Xx
Becca Rose I am very lucky that my husband is still able to work from home, his company only want a maximum of 25% of the employees in the office at one time. As his immediate boss has Lupus, she is still at home too. My husband has been bringing me drinks, checking up on me, and bought mini rechargeable hand fans from John Lewis that are really good. Mine is invaluable at the moment as I have just started the hot flushes phase of menopause. I am managing to get out and about too, but have to plan it and carry water and glucose tablets with me as I am type 2 diabetic. The heat meant I couldn’t spot the temperature spike that signals a sugar drop. Fortunately I carry one of the sunflower lanyards and I don’t go very far alone.
Becca Rose I use them for storing food essentials like condiments and some food. They are a great solution to reaching what you need without stretching and knocking things over 😀
@@BeccaRose Its just I've noticed you've bought a lot of plastic bottles and these boxes recently. I know you will probably use these boxes for a while but ultimately in a few years you might want to replace them. Personally I try to avoid excessive plastic especially as the majority of plastic is NOT recycled in UK, a lot is shipped abroad and disposed of
