    competency modeling is part of job analysis. Job analysis looks at the entire role and what is needed to succeed at it, including competencies, which do not include things like religion. Religion is not a competency, but it is a required part of working for some organizations and would be included in a job analysis.

    Very informative lesson. Other areas of applied psychology in HR include counseling, coaching and mentoring, employee professional development. Your volume was however low; kindly increase it.
