I used to think this was part of HR but this video has helped me to understand it Better.
I worked in HR and some folks that are not in the HR World often asked what O.D. means, and in the U.S. - some people think it's short for overdose... ha! Thank you for sharing your insights and helping us learn more about O.D.!

I think OD should sit with Operations Management Department
