Great motivation to create a good Battery Pack for Electric Bike but I would suggest that you use a thicker nickel strip while joining two modules as high current would be running through it, this thin nickel might result in failure of the pack with time which is too dangerous.

For passive balancing, your BMS doesn't haven't a Power resistor ? Because you connected load to P- terminal.
