Ingredients 配料:
3 drumsticks 3只 鸡腿
6 potato 6粒 马铃薯
1 lemon grass 1条 香茅
200ml Coconut milk 200毫升 椰浆
2 tablespoon Curry powder 2汤匙 咖喱粉
6 tablespoon of chilli paste 6汤匙 辣椒酱
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
自制辣椒酱 Chilli Paste
40g Dried Chili 40 克 辣椒干
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
25g Balacan 25克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
50ml Oil 50毫升 油
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖

the potato is call yellow potato, more round and more yellow. if slightly fried the potato before cook the potato also can prevent potato become mashed.
