30g Dried chilli 30克 辣椒干
1 tablespoon Peppercorn 1汤匙 花椒
25g Ginger, minced 25克 姜, 切碎
40g Spring onion, minced 40克 青葱, 切碎
4 Garlic, minced 4粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 tablespoon Sesame seed 1汤匙 白芝麻
Seasonings 调味料 :
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Soy bean paste 1汤匙 豆瓣酱
