Great Video, I got excited to see a longer more detailed sausage making video with Mark Hanni! Chef Jed did an awesome job grilling them up although not much of it was showed. It would have been funny to have Mark asking redundant questions during a longer Chef Jed grilling segment ;) Subscribed and placing an order.

I WISH YALL SOLD ME CASINGS THAT LONG. I END UP WITH 2 AND 3 FOOT CASINGS FROM PS. FRUSTRATING SOME TIMES. BESIDES THAT, I LOVE THE SEASONINGS AS A BASE, I ALWAYS ENHANCE... IM SURE EVERYONE DOES. I GENERALLY USE 1 LB. OF CHEESE PER 25 LB. BATCHES BUT AFTER SEEING THIS VID, I WILL UP MY GAME THIS WEEK. GONNA HAVE TO DO SOME DARK LAGER HABANERO/HALAPENO CHEESE BRATS... SEE YALL SOON...

Hey Randy, were you using the Home Pack Hog or saline-packed casings? We apologize for that, we can't always guarantee the strand length on our casings as each batch has variables. We recommend using the saline pack as they tend to be more consistent and durable.

That was my experience with the Home Pack hog casings that most were in 3-4 ft length. I don't see a saline pack casings on the website. Are you referring to salt pack sheep casings?

Riverwest Stein from Lakefront Brewery here in Milwaukee. Can't go wrong with a beer brat!
