That Looks AMAZING!!! Thanks for the shout out!! I made mine about 3 weeks ago for Celebrate Sausage Season 2 and you are correct they are ridiculously good. The cream cheese adds a very nice mouthfeel to the sausage!!! One of my top favorites as well. I love the Texas Taco😁!!!!

I made 24 lbs of this with the exception of the tumeric (didn't have any) added some dry mustard instead. I cut back on the cayenne and added some chili powder. The flavor was as perfect as I have ever eaten. Thank you Joe for sharing. This made me confident enough to make this happen.

Just made 13 # of this sausage. (I probably could have scaled the recipe back a bit). It is definitely the best sausage I have ever eaten. What I especially like about your channel is your low key teaching style. Not too slow for experienced sausage makers but just right. I have learned a lot. Thanks again. Great success with the food truck. Wish I lived closer.

Looking at the finished product it looks perfect, a bit of cheese in every bite. You completely nailed this one very well done. Please go into business so I can buy these great products you crank out!!!!
