Categories should have been spend based rather than fee based, example amex platinum travel and asix atlas placed in same group but annual spend required to get max benefit is drastically different

Would be nice if you can mention if add-on cards will have a separate number. HDFC add-on cards have the same number as the primary card and hence unsuitable for online transactions. OTP will only come to primary holder which is very silly. It is difficult to achieve high spends if husband and wife use different cards. IDFC and Amex offer separate numbers for add-on cards - OTP goes to add-on card holder’s cell number if add-on card is used. I don’t know about other bank cards - hence will be nice if you can mention this.

Don't suggest HDFC as criteria of usage of 1 lakh in the previous quarter is pretty tough to achieve.

No. Its also the cheapest card giving intl. lounge access if you do not consider those LTF cards which either require high income or offered on the basis of NRV.

Depends on what your requirements are, if you are a frequent flyer, lounges matter to you, then you should. I believe that you will not get Regalia Gold LTF as well.
Regalia Gold is better in a way that you wont have to spend ₹1.00 Lac per quarter to avail lounge access. Rest all features are more or less the same.

Why no ultra premiums cards like Reserve or Amex Platinum?
Reserve is no longer recommended and Amex Platinum has also kind of lost its sheen.
@@CardAcademy I agree wrt Amex Plat. It was good before covid - but they are not updating themselves. They did add Zomato gold this year, but it is too little for what they are charging.

I have recently availed New Magnus Burgundy Credit card LTF with credit limit 15 lakh. My annual spends are around 5 lakh. I also have Regalia Business card with credit limit 4 lakh. Should I stick with my New Magnus Burgundy card(which really have amazing benefits) or try to upgrade to HDFC infinia? Awaiting response.

Yes, account is a must. Even add on Infinia cardholders need to have an account with the bank

Can you suggest best credit card for tax payment most cards do not give any reward point, some like hdfc at least count it towards milestone benefit.
Axis Atlas gives 2% edge miles on government transactions and also counts towards milestone benefits.

@@jnkompelliYes I have used it for advance tax and TDS, and can confirm I received milestone as well as regular 2% miles.
But doesnt paying tax using credit card attract an additional charge. Are those reward points compensating for that extra charge. I mean obviously it depends on how much tax you are paying.
@@adityabenwalca convenience fee for card payment was 0.8% and I got 4% as airmiles (plus helps with additional milestone bonuses). So worth it for me.
I just use HDFC Millennia , and the life becomes so simple.
