    It has become my every day watch. So comfortable to wear it. It has a precise accuracy. I have measured it in 62 seconds slow in 16 days. That is less than -4 seconds/day.

    That salmon dial is gorgeous. Swatch group is killing it lately...so many great releases from Longines, Tissot, Certina, Hamilton...they keep taking away from my Omega budget 🤣

      @@BraveBeatersagreed. I love Omega but i think they should focus on consolidating and upgrading their collections rather than trying to ride the Rolex upmarketing trend- imagine them upgrading the bracelets to the aqua terra and smp and slimming down the cases like they did with the speedy: they’d be the indisputable kings of the segment

    Nice one! Absolutely beautiful, these. Especially the salmon. I'm so glad they used the good ol' 2824. It just shows what that movement does for thickness and price (or lack of both!). That said, I think they're too big. Obviously, 39mm is not 'too big,' but for these I think 35-37mm would have made them very different and unusual on the market. More vintage sizing would have made them a 'must buy' rather than one Tissot amongst many micro brand retros. But at least they're not 42mm!

    Tissot, Citizen and of course Longines have stepped up their game recently. The one thing Swatch group needs to improve is their marketing strategy. If you compare the marketing campaigns of Tudor with Longines you can see how good Tudor is in marketing their products. Longines has consistently put out bangers recently but their marketing could use a bit of work.

      I used to think the same about the cosc… until I got some in my collection. Is something secsi in having a damn precise watch nomatter how u wear it and reassuring to know is stable. But is just a thing there with no practical real life advantage if u have more than couple of watches as you won’t get to wear it daily and take advantage of not having to adjust every so often … is just like wearing a 1000m proof watch while you are brushing your teeth :) but we WIS dig these things

    • @nerychristian
      @nerychristian ปีที่แล้ว

      True. I have at least 8 watches in my collection. Not including a couple of digital watches. So each of my watches gets worn maybe 2 days a week- at most. So the movement accuracy is not my top priority. It's nice to have, but not necessary. I would prefer a longer power reserve. Unless I wind my watches every night, I end up having to adjust the time anyways.

    If only Tissot release these in smaller sizes like between 35 to 37mm. These are still too big!! They could even do the smaller sizes as handwind versions, still COSC please. The smaller version of the small seconds should be at 37mm and also be a central seconds instead, and that would appeal to enthusiasts looking for an alternative to the Tudor Tuxedo or the UG Polerouter for the looks.
