I absolutely adore my 848. I have an '08 base model. Its got all the power I need, its like a scalpel through corners with how agile it is, and its still analogue. I love everything about it. They are so cheap too, for what you get, and talk about a damn beautiful piece of Italian art.
It is definitely a piece of an Italian art, timeless and eternal. Maintaining this bike isn’t as hard as what one would think. Once you understand the motorcycle, they’re almost as inexpensive as maintaining a Japanese supersports.
@@RoxasRides I agree. I ordered and installed my own cam belts after ordering the special cam lock tools. While I was in there, I replaced my spark plugs as well. Its easy stuff to do. It just takes time and patience the first time around. The only thing I haven't learned yet is how to check the valves.
@@Rgh71fish Do check out my other video. I basically restored the entire thing with a Ducati Tech. I'm so glad to have another 848 owner watching my videos, truly appreciate it. Thank you!
Perfect guitar for the bike footage. Love the humor. The r6 is designed on and for the track too. And before that bike was made. They both have great track pedigree. Ducks are amazing. And that evo is gorgeous.
Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I owned an R6 at one point, and I did enjoy it on the streets as it was. Middleweight inline 4 machines and their high RPMs are intoxicating.
I've been following your channel since the beginning, and your content is absolutely top-notch. Keep it coming! By the way, have you considered adding a quick shifter and auto blipper to your Ducati? I think it would make your engine braking even smoother.
@@G-vlogs. Hi there! You happen to make my day! Thank you so much for watching and taking time to comment. Yes, I did consider a QC, but it’s not easy to source out. I’m running a Termignoni ECU, I have to find one that’s compatible with that.
Well that's a great video 👏🏻. If possible why not try to make a full video about the expenses and costing about the accessories and replacement of parts. Waiting to hear more about this magnificent beast 🤝🏻🙌🏻.
Lovely bike, maybe someday i'll buy too, but for now im fine with my Ducati Scrambler. As a European rookie biker, im terrified how you'r riding in a city traffic! Take care bro!!
In 2024 its still look futuristic design
Yes, such a timeless design.

I love my 848 EVO. It is the my second wife. I kiss it, I respect it. I am not jealous if the people are looking her with love...
You are the man! This comment made my day!
Are you looking to sell?
