    I think there’s a lot of truth that we can be influenced by our environment, but I think there’s also true that things can be inherited. Ultimately we also know that cognition plays a role too, how we think about things that happen to us and how we choose to react to things is also important to consider. These ideas aren’t siloed, humans are too complex to say it’s just behavioural. Alexander could have been taught not to fear the steal rod being hit.
