Man, it is a completely different place. You did an excellent job, and you integrated the granite in the kitchen. It pulled together very well. And, yes, the neighborhood does not feel like it is built on top of each other. (I did visit Cadence, it is well done, but the houses do feel like they are built on top of each other.) I think these more established neighborhoods will see a lot more capital inputs and property improvements.
Thanks for the comment. I have lived in Southern Nevada for 42 years and when I was a kid, everyones homes were like this one. A little room between houses, room for a pool or boat etc. In the late 80's it started to change to 6000 sf lots. In the early 2000's it went to average 4000 sf lots. The days of having room to roam on your property are gone forever in this town. I enjoyed my 5 weeks of time spent at this property and really grew to love it! Thanks for you nice comments.
Awesome video I live in Vegas and want to get stated on flipping, was wondering if you could offer me some advice/ the numbers for this house before , renovations, sold price hope for a reply thanks
Do you have to find a seller willing to invest before trying to get a Property under contract? Because what happens if you get a place under contract and you can’t find someone to buy it?Do you get some kind of penalty / how long do you have to find a buyer once you find a seller under contract?
