    Honey that ain't too bad. I've seen worse work in rental maintenance and the worst one we did,took 4 people 4 days with shovels and trash cans!! Just too get it too the point too start cleaning!! That place isn't that bad.

      I was about to comment the same thing. I'm waiting for the follow-up video that shows destroyed cabinets, water damage, because most apartments I've ever gone in to look at to rent even after it's been super cleaned and ready for rental, has never looked this good. So either the videographer / manager is trying to make a lot of money on this deal or he really has no clue. I used to do cleaning and painting and just from seeing the video, I wouldn't quote more than a medium cleaning and possibly just some simple new paint and carpet cleaning

    Pahrump is NOT where you move too rather where you move from. There is almost zero attractions of things to do and the constant heat is relentless. Dust storms and the "poof dirt" is just nasty and it's everywhere and blows everywhere. Think twice before moving to Pahrump Nevada.

    I like that you give the price encluding the sids an HOA. You might add what they give you for the HOA monthly cost. I don't like HOA's. For the price you could buy in a better area where it is not so windy and is a safer area. I am surprised they want so much for a North Vegas home. I would like to see them build smaller homes with good use of space that people who work there could afford to buy. I was recently sent information from a builder of 35 homes in N Vegas that isn't charging an HOA. I don't think they were charging sids. They were incorporated in the cost and the house's were cheaper too. They will go fast. It was a couple of weeks ago.

      Skye canyon is not in north Las Vegas. I thought it was too until my husband corrected me 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s a newer really high end area, about 30 minutes west of North Las Vegas. No where near the crime and one of the safest areas in Las Vegas right now. Everything is brand new, no apartment complexes, condos, or townhomes in Skye canyon.

    Went looking in pahrump to several housing areas to look at a home to buy . No models open , no return phone calls . The only place we found open was by the golf courses. I was interested in Lenar home . Called number , never received a return phone all . They need to have someone to show these homes .
