It's not bad. It doesn't need "gutted" 🙄. People suck but let's be real. The house looked good. I've seen some that actually needed gutted. This ain't it.

All this house needs is new carpet, paint and appliances.You must haven't seen houses that are destroyed, go look at TH-cam at some houses

Honey that ain't too bad. I've seen worse work in rental maintenance and the worst one we did,took 4 people 4 days with shovels and trash cans!! Just too get it too the point too start cleaning!! That place isn't that bad.

Being a landlord is a business gamble and sometimes you win some and sometimes you lose some. You can always sell and get a regular job.

I've seen worse houses all it needs the new paint job in carpet at least there's no holes in the walls or rats and mice like some places.

Living in Pahrump. Someone didn't do their homework. Enjoy your Sand and horrendous Dust storms, not to mention the Caliche soil. No wonder your selling. Fart in bathtub Pahrump!

Pahrump is NOT where you move too rather where you move from. There is almost zero attractions of things to do and the constant heat is relentless. Dust storms and the "poof dirt" is just nasty and it's everywhere and blows everywhere. Think twice before moving to Pahrump Nevada.

I like that you give the price encluding the sids an HOA. You might add what they give you for the HOA monthly cost. I don't like HOA's. For the price you could buy in a better area where it is not so windy and is a safer area. I am surprised they want so much for a North Vegas home. I would like to see them build smaller homes with good use of space that people who work there could afford to buy. I was recently sent information from a builder of 35 homes in N Vegas that isn't charging an HOA. I don't think they were charging sids. They were incorporated in the cost and the house's were cheaper too. They will go fast. It was a couple of weeks ago.

Gorgeous house. Some of the hallways are a bit narrow.

Went looking in pahrump to several housing areas to look at a home to buy . No models open , no return phone calls . The only place we found open was by the golf courses. I was interested in Lenar home . Called number , never received a return phone all . They need to have someone to show these homes .

I think all Masters should have a tub.
