That's like opening up the sliding door to replace the fuse in a plug to a fan that has one or trying to open it to clean it. It CANNOT be done. Plus you can see how rough he's being with it at the start of the video
yes of course. this is the main problem for this knid of protable fan when we turn on it while charging the temperatures will be high ,so this is the problem that will demand to our fan's chip. So we can fix it by change chip . note (motor is working) . Thanks you for you commented ❤

You should Check it again because some product are use glue . so you should check it and use knife to find replace it.
My fan is not in that much bad condition, i use to on the fan while charging it so its not working now
