    It's good to know that the bolts holding down this unit have a torque setting that is important to it's functioning correctly. I wouldn't have thought of that and just cranked them in super tight! Another great video as usual. Thank you.

    It's not that easy to figure out what must be underline to an audience. Bravo ! (Btw, that K12 has so much surgeries, she's getting younger every day 😂)

      Thank you, I'm not sure. You may have to contact Nissan to enquire about that.

    I have a problem in my K12 Micra airbag system where airbag light stays on constantly after powering on (not blinking). Could this be a problem with airbag control module (I belive service manual refers it as DIAGNOSIS SENSOR UNIT). I have a spare parts car and was thinking of swapping the module for test. Micra is an easy to fix affordable car usually worth fixing. Great very informative videos, thanks and keep em coming!

      You're welcome. It could be a problem with the control module. When the airbag light stays on the Nissan manual suggests it could be one of these issues:
      ~ Air bag is deployed.
      ~ Seat belt pre-tensioner is deployed.
      ~ Diagnosis sensor unit is malfunction-
      ing.
      ~ Air bag power supply circuit is mal-
      functioning.
      ~ SRS air bag warning lamp circuit is
      malfunctioning.

      @@screwsnutsandbolts If a control module is replaced, is there a need to do programming and "marry/pair" the newly installed part with car's main control unit. Is it possible to take Airbag Control Module from a wrecked car where airbags have deployed ? Meaning if airbag is deployed the control mode has to be replaced as well.

      @@partasuhari I have exactly the same thing. Were you able to replace this module successfully?

    Hello i have problem with my airbag. The airbag warning wont shut off . How should i off this lamp?

    • @screwsnutsandbolts
      @screwsnutsandbolts  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It could be caused by any one of the airbags or the control module being faulty. You will probably need to have a garage diagnose which one is causing the light by using specialist equipment
