  • Hello Friends!
In this episode, I would like to show you how to make your first cutting board. Face grain cutting board is a beautiful addition to anyone's kitchen or table, as well as pretty simple item to make. In this video, I will show how to make it by using pretty only three tools that most DYI enthusiasts have or able to find for rent or borrow from people they know: Table saw, Clamps and Orbital Sander.

This is the best cutting board video out right now. After watching many of them, others leave things out that you covered and made easy to follow along with no questions left to ask at the end. Well done.

Great video! As a beginner I really appreciate you taking the time to show the different methods and tools one could use to accomplish the different steps. Can’t wait to see an end-grain cutting board tutorial. Keep up the good work!

What a beautiful cutting board. I did not know how to call that object before watching this video. 😁 I am an English language learner, so I am trying to watch videos in English. This video was a recommendation from TH-cam, I liked it and you have a new subscriber.

This video is very entertaining. I've watched a TON of these on TH-cam, and though I can't say you covered anything I hadn't heard before (understandable, since you said this was aimed at beginners) you said and presented it in a very good way. I look forward to future installments. Good luck with your enterprise.

You make it look so easy. I'm currently making my first cutting board, and like an idiot, I'm making an end grain board. I should have made a few flat and edge boards first... Enjoyed your video so I subscribed to your channel. Thanks!

You did a really nice job with this video. My only comment would be that, since it's a beginner's video, maybe point out how not to use the miter tool on your table saw. Fence, miter, blade ok; fence, blade, miter not ok. You made a decent board using minimal tools, good job!

I wish there was a place to get S4S lumber here locally. All places I've checked so far all sell rough.
