There are many negative comments already... I would say you jumped into the video without explaining or comparing side to side other scanners. You have a huge audience (around 300k), so I think respectfully, you can do better. In the UI for instance... Autel is superior because each icon has a tag on what the task is. This is because each scan company has its own icons and in this scanner your will have to press every icon so that you get the explanation of what the icon does... and that is not user friendly (looking at the icons in the diagnostics tab). Having said that, I hope you make a second part with hands on comparison... so far... to many adjectives... but no evidence IMO why it is better besides the gorilla picture and the matrix wallpaper.

I hope it is all you say it is, especially if it is at the right price point, but you really need to test it before making any claims as to its usability/suitability. Also you didn't mention contract/support periods or renewal costs. A lot more questions than answers at this point.

@@BoostyGeoff unless it does programming like a j2534 device, or smart key programming, there really isn’t much that it can do to make it better than everything else. The fact that it is said to be in the $350 price range says that it will do neither of those things. There doesn’t appear to be anywhere to plug test leads in, so if it can perform any metering functions it will require a separate multimeter/scope module. A service like identifix would increase its value, but not enough to surpass everything else on the market. The most optimistic future for the tool is that it can do the same thing a $700 tool from other brands can. Knowing the price of other ThinkCar products, I would venture to say that a $350 price tag is wishful thinking and I expect this tool to end up in the $500-$800 range when on sale at the largest discount. There is just physically no way for it to be better. All it can be is cheaper, and I won’t hold my breath for that. Launch, TopDon, Kingbolen, and XTool have always had better prices than ThinkCar, and I will be absolutely shocked if that changes.
@@BoostyGeoff These companies all use the same software from a company called "launch".
