India is at 3.1% The animals cooked and prepared are not endangered and its a privilege to the very small minority of Australia's original inhabitants. kinda wish that more native herbs/ fruits n veg etc were shown in indigenous Australian cuisine, like i know we do have some stuff in Australia thats not found elsewhere but most vids i have seen dont show them utilizing them which is unfortunate, i get that not every group had access to them in their part of Aus but it would be nice to see some of the more unusual stuff...those snails did look wild though haha
