I'm NOT going to be able to unsee this now. I'm already picturing how upright and perfectly straight some of the guys posture is, and now I want to watch it in motion. Might just go rewatch Indy.

A.J. Catanzaro said the Lawrence brothers do Dr. Eric Goodman's 12 minute foundation training video on TH-cam.

You gotta get Peter Park on your show! I would love to hear what he thinks of Jett. Platinum Fitness in Summerland, California is the best. Crazy to think he’s worked with some of the best dudes but we never hear from him.

My friends and i call Jet the ostrich. As he rides, his head is sooo still, similar to an ostrich when running. The head doesnt move.

How does a guy who knows little about the sport gonna relay secrets about technique from the best riders today

    • @FoundationTraining

Because they all found the work we developed for pain relief to be very effective in riding. It’s not because we are good at Moto, it’s because our work is helpful for riders by happenstance. Hope you take the time to learn.

No disrespect but when someone says things like, "he's only twenty", I wouldn't imagine he would be talking about a 30 or 40 year old being that good. Moto is a young mans sport and to be that good you have to start out at a young age. GYPSY TALES one of my favorite channels. 👍

IMO Levi Kitchen when he knew he was signing with Pro Circuit Kawasaki i think he shared secrets with Kawasaki about bike setups and internals about the Yamaha. If you think about it around the time when the news was anounced all of a sudden the Pro Circuit Kawasaki was finding speed and at times were faster than Yamahas. Now Deegan has to ride on the F@#$ing edge just to keep up with PC Kawasaki. Levi shared something i would put money on it. That PC Kawasaki is on another level now and it all started when Levi announced he was leaving Yamaha. Something is not right and they should investigate IMO!

I sat 2 rows up at StL and we videoed and watched Levi. It’s all him. He had the best lines, the most consistent throttle, perfect form, fluid and fast. It’s all Levi. He was the best rider that day. He could have been on any bike and still won.

Lawrence and Sexton? Sexton aint even on the same Level as Lawrence. Hell Nobody is for that matter. So far, Roczen is the only one who is even remotely close to Lawrence. Jett is F#%king unreal on a dirtbike.

Sexton's technique is far closer to Jett's than anyone else's is. Roczen has great technique, but he looks _completely_ different on the bike than Jett does.

Facts. I think people get too focused on the posture and style. All the best riders through history have wildly different riding styles. You just develop whatever works for you. Plenty of riders with "perfect" form get smoked by someone that's riding "wrong".

How the fuck am I going to separate my shoulder blades? If that is true, then you would be riding with a rounded back and your shoulders going towards eachother infront of your chest.
