How Convenient Are The Shops In Dead Rising?

- Today we explore the stores in Dead Rising and ask how convenient they would be if they were real. I spent legit an entire day recording and editing this video so I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you would like to see me look over any other shops from the Dead Rising maps.
The Jill's sandwiches section had me cracking up, I've never actually looked at the menu.
I hear they have some fine buns.
I'm still trying to figure out why a town of 53,594 people needs a mall that rivals the Mall of America
I always wondered that also? Wouldn’t all those stores cripple the local economy and how does a mall that big make a profit in such a small town? Also how does it seem to be doing well because the mall announced it’s 3 year anniversary and they are expanding because north plaza is being built.
The mall probably gains many tourists. That's the only thing I can think of
I always just assumed the mall is 95% of willamette's normal retail shopping space with it being technically a grocery store, a park, and the literal center of town. the only thing missing is a car dealership and it could very well have one on the side of the mall we don't see in the opening we're only shown the front and part of one of the meany sides
Bloomington, MN, where Mall of America is located is under 90K. Presumably, Willamette is near a major metro & pulls a lot of out-of-town shoppers.
I think I've read the mall was created to be something of a tourist attraction.
Shoutout to everyone’s safe haven, Colombian Roastmasters
Columbian Roastmasters: Come for the orange juice. Stay for the katana
Thanks! It's so safe even a group of people with raincoats grouped to stay there!
Doing the Food Court and Al Fresca Plaza is a must, great video!
Funnily enough the Wii version's map is far mor compact and realistic in terms of scale
i think of course some of these were rearranged by people trying to avoid zombies
Yeah that’s a very good point, especially with things knocked over. There’s definitely a story behind how some of the stores have been left
loved this video you should make more about the other shops in dead rising!
This is a really cool concept. I'd love to see you tackle Wonderland Plaza and how safe it would be for kids with all the play areas
Yeah that is such a good idea! I’ll definitely try and go through all the areas of the map since the reception for this video has been really nice
The biggest issue is with the grocery store in the back of the north Plaza. If you simply wanted some groceries, you'd have to go through the entrance Plaza, paradise Plaza, the park, and all the way though north Plaza.
Not only that, but that way has a staircase, if fact every way to the grocery store has a staircase. So no pushing out baskets of food
I would love to see more videos like this 😍❤️ Comparing it the mall to IRL. Huge Dead Rising Fan. Would love to see rest of mall. Liked and Subscribed.
Would love to see your reaction to other food courts in zombie games; project zomboid, L4D, maybe even resident evil? Definitely a channel/concept with a lot of promise!
Thank you so much! Definitely a new thing I’m trying and the reception has been really nice
Nice video. Big DR fan and I like your jacket and concept! Been thinking about this a lot too, actually while playing infinity mode.
Amazing video, Im a huge fan of the DR series and never given this topic much thought before haha
Nice video bro, interesting how developers fixed some logic stuff in the game xD
More of this content please
The single entry is how most American malls works.
would be funny if the aussie burger is the one upside down. also nice jacket.
Oh that’s good! Really wishing they did that too, damn!
It's all fun and games until you need to take a shopping trolley to the North Plazza, a place you can only access by stairs in all directions.
The mall itself makes no sense lol. Like the entire layout. Like how you gonna have a huge loop, get to the end of North Plaza then be like well gotta go all the way back around to get to the beginning.
Great video! Would be nice seeing your analysis on entrance plaza
New subscribe. Appreciate your vid on the details, I look at other games rhe same way too. Awesome 🤘🏽
Please go over the one deeply weird hardware store that sells full pieces of lumber with no clear way to get them out of the mall
At 3:48 I feel like your comment could be outdated. I still see those kinds of cash registers in small towns, compared to my city that they’re hidden. And it was 2006 when lots of registers look like that
The register itself isn't the problem, although it is still massive, it's mainly with how high it is on the bench.

Came to comment about the awesome Chuck Jacket
Thank you! Cost me a couple hundred dollars and a scam-scare to get but I'm finally getting some use out of it by wearing it in more videos.
I'm dying to try the salad burger
Do Entrance Plaza next 😎
Definitely working on more videos from the map 😊
Where did you get the Chuck green jacket?
I believe it was “US Jackets” but after I paid for it I saw that “USA Jackets” was listed as a scam website. So definitely be careful if you’re looking to buy it but thankfully it turned out lucky for me
@@KyleEvansby any chance was it made in Pakistan? Sounds like the same site I bought my GTA 4 Niko jacket from
FUCK, YOU BEAT ME TO THIS IDEA GOD DAMMIT
Hahah damn sorry!
@@KyleEvans and of course you share the same nationality as me, guess us aussie's share great mind alike hehehehe
Good video
Thank you!
Lol 😂
