*The water gun as you called it, I've always heard it called BUM GUN. I was introduced to this way of taking care of cleaning up in 2017 on my first trip to Thailand. This is the best and cleanest way for sure and superior to toilet paper. So much so that the first thing I did when returning back to Canada was install one in each of my 2 bathrooms. By doing so I've almost completely eliminated the use of Toilet paper as I have dedicated hand towels just for the drying purpose. To me this is the 2nd greatest invention ever. Thanks for the information.*

Great informative video! Maybe show one of your investment properties in Vietnam and explain the investment process. That would be cool! Thanks

Vietnam changes so much. The area where you are standing looks like Singapore. So clean

The water gun is more environmentally friendly, many rich countries in North Europe and green parties people in Canada and Australia are using the water guns.

The bum gun is way better. Save paper and cleans you off better all while keeping your hands clean. Honestly I feel the toilet paper is kind of disgusting in comparison

Where are you shooting this video from? It's such a nice location. I'm visiting Vietnam again with my dad in a few months and I want to go where you are. The country seems to have changed so much since our last trip over there 14 years ago. If it keeps getting better, I think I could seriously retire there in 15 years. live in Canada but was born in Vietnam, Canada just keeps getting worse.

Just did it in nha trang. But good luck. Land plus house can easily be 150,000 to 400,000.
Example I built a house in nha trang . 85k but land worth 150.

Ok video. But misguided on balcony. In the west yes they are bigger and more spacious, but most made of wood, and definently no bbq on them.

Old school VN houses have openings everywhere so lizards and cockroaches can come and go as they please. I don’t understand why they don’t put screens over these openings. Screens are hella cheap in VN and easy to install.

Bidet shower to be exact, as bidets are just bowls to be sat upon. However, "bidet shower" is commonly called water gun. Thanks for your comment.

I am looking to go to a place in vietnam to learn a language, to learn how to live in a community.Which city offers something similar to the Okinawa island ? where people live in a tight knit community and help each other out. Do you think the vietnamese local would accept the Viet kieu easily ? your thought and any direction in this is very much appreciated !!
