@@thefazzayn Just to be realistic here; no its not the only country that has a fully operational Japanese school outside of Japan. Singapore, UK, etc have "日本人学校" for a long time. However, Malaysia's prospects when it comes to education is really attractive for Japanese parents, because we give American and UK accreditation in schools, speak English/Mandarin which are two big world languages, and is relatively cheap being a 1/3rd cheaper than Japan overall. Interestingly, the number of immigrants who migrate to Malaysia are just Japanese mothers and their child, with the father being in Japan or elsewhere to earn. From my perspective, this highlights the importance of having a competitive advantage as investors. Merely mirroring the market strategies of others is insufficient in achieving optimal results. I am currently grappling with the decision to invest in the current market, as it presents both uncertainty and opportunity. Could you share your insights on this matter?
Indeed, the recent market downturn serves as evidence that a vast majority of individuals lacked a sufficient understanding of the underlying financial dynamics at play.
I have learned from past experience that basing market judgements and decisions solely on rumors and hearsay can lead to detrimental results. In 2020, I fell victim to such a situation and was left holding worthless positions in the market. To overcome this, I sought the assistance of a professional advisor and made significant changes to my portfolio. Over the past two years, I have worked with this advisor and have seen a growth of $750k in my portfolio, demonstrating that profitable opportunities can be found in both bullish and bearish market conditions, it is a matter of strategic investment approach.
For you to grow your portfolio in today's market, you really need to be coachable and willing to get off your high horses. I for example, have managed to grow mine from $150k to 300% of my initial deposit within the past 8 months just by copying trades from a broker that has better skillset and technical know-how than me.
I won't pretend to know everything, though. Her name is Sharon Ann Meny but I won't say anything more. Most likely, you can find her basic information online; you are welcome to do further study.

Malaysia is divided into two parts it was formed in 1963: West Malaysia, also known as Semenanjung Malaysia, and East Malaysia, which consists of Sabah and Sarawak on the island of Borneo. East Malaysia offers a unique experience with its diverse ethnicities, exotic islands, and rich cultural heritage. In Sarawak, the majority race is the Dayaks, while in Sabah, the majority race is the Kadazan-Dusun. The lifestyle in East Malaysia is more laid-back, and the people live in harmony, embracing their cultural diversity. Sarawak is renowned for its delicious layer cake dessert, while Sabah is famous for its fresh seafood. Additionally, there are various dialects spoken in Sabah and Sarawak, adding to the cultural richness of the region. Visiting Borneo provides a completely different experience compared to West Malaysia.
Currently in KL. Sitting on my deck with a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Been all around South East Asia and this is by far the most livable city as a Canadian. Bangkok is second. Pass on the Philippines or Vietnam. Nice to visit but no way I could live there. In KL English is widely spoken. Western food options are great. Grocery stores have also great western food options to make food at home. Highly underrated. City Only thing I miss is a lack of seeing dogs. Have not seen a single one in two weeks. Big dog person so that is a big loss for me. Dogs make you smile. Lots of cats though.
many people do have dogs as pet but usually they walk them at certain parks or areas, not everywhere. Not too many stray dogs around tho but also depends on the area you're visiting. I think it's best with less stray dogs around cause the busy traffic in the city is dangerous for those big fur babies. Meanwhile, cats would just lay there giving no fucks to us hooman haha
The funny thing is that Malaysia in the 90s was a lot better in some key ways than it is presently: more diversified expat base (more westerners then than now, in which it has more Asian/Chinese/Middle Eastern expats), better economic growth (double digit growth compared to mid single digits now), the weather was better before (fewer forest fires from Indonesia to contend with, so less smog), it was less polluted, spoken English was a lot better and everything else was basically the same as now. The only improvements in the last 30 years or so has been: better public transport options, arrival of budget airlines (e.g. Air Asia is a Malaysian company), online is a lot better now than in many places in Europe in some areas. So to anyone watching this video thinking Malaysia just came on to the scene recently, you're incorrect. It has been an attractive Asian hub for a long time - the only difference is that one didn't have influencers promoting it and spreading the word. Personally, Malaysia is best for British expats: everyone speaks English, road signs in English, drive on the left as in the UK, electrical sockets are exactly the same - it's just so easy for a British expat or retiree, provided you can handle the tropical weather.

The term is called "母子留学" (Boshi-ryugaku, mother-child study abroad)
WRONG,why are u making up story without checking real datas? 😮😳😳Singapore has been no.1 country for Japanese ppl to live & work here since 1970s!! Hello?? As of today, Singapore has about 31,3700 Japanese living in Singapore.🇸🇬🇸🇬🇸🇬Total no. peaked in 2017 at around 37,5000.❤❤❤
REAL FUN FACT of Malaysia: There are ONLY About 24,545 Japanese living in Malaysia. A significantly LOWER number than the Japanese in Singapore🤣🤣🤭Guess what, no one is “migrating” to developing Malaysia, it’s just another delulu Malaysian making up fake story again to boast up their weak ego 😅🤭
The morale of story is, never trust what a Malaysian tells u on any figures cos they’ll always EXAGGERATE & make up own story, they will even convince themselves they are telling you the truth!!😂🤣Funny thing is most naive Malaysians will believe them too without checking the REAL datas properly. No wonder Malaysia still vy developing & behind Singapore cos they believe personal opinions are facts!!🤭🤣🤣
Wow…Another delulu Malaysian exaggerating & self praising themselves AGAIN🤣🤣🤭When are u guys going to stop pretending that u are a popular country??😂🤭Singapore alrdy have fully operational japanese school since 1970s when Malaysia was a still farm country & not open to the world yet😂🤭🤭U are the 1st one outside Japan??😂😂Really delusional🎉🎉
GET EDUCATED to know FACTS that Singapore has always been the chosen one for any international companies or multi corporations to set up international business 1st cos SG has always been rated as no.1 in the world consistently for most open market Economy & world’s easiest place to do business!!❤❤❤One big example is IKEA has been around in Singapore since 1970s, the 1st one in asia too(I know some delulu king of claims country going to start making up story that they got it 1st🤣🤣🤭If they do then why are they are still developing & ALWAYS behind Singapore???)❤

6:31 huge miss understanding about Malaysia. Let me tell this to all gay people on the world: We, malaysians don't care who you are, and don't want to know about you. Whatever you do behind your close door, it absolutely your things. As long as you respect our culture and religion, not promoting your weird lifestyle or missbehave in public, you are welcome to live and enjoy life here.

@@BernardFrederick-tk7un my partner’s been considering going the same route, could you share more info please on the advisor that guides you.
I won't pretend to know everything, though. Her name is Sharon Ann Meny but I won't say anything more. Most likely, you can find her basic information online; you are welcome to do further study.

Still pretty impressed that out of 100+ countries in the world, the majority muslim country became his first choice. This proved that Islam is possible to keep certain country to live in harmony and peaceful, and Malaysia is a great example for this. They use a proper rule of islam there, which is respect each other regardless of their religion, race, and culture. Every one there are welcomed with open heart, and has their own freedom.
One of the thing we can be successful is because we are non aligned nations.
We not choosing any sides and be pragmatic
Hopefully we can keep the harmony for long-term, our politicians are making Malaysia worst and worst again!

Meanwhile, cats would just lay there giving no fucks to us hooman haha
dogs have their own places in malaysia. seek them 😁
You can visit few Pet friendly destinations such as Plaza Arkadia, or JayaOne Malls. In the weekends there is many of dogs owners there 👍🏻
The funny thing is that Malaysia in the 90s was a lot better in some key ways than it is presently: more diversified expat base (more westerners then than now, in which it has more Asian/Chinese/Middle Eastern expats), better economic growth (double digit growth compared to mid single digits now), the weather was better before (fewer forest fires from Indonesia to contend with, so less smog), it was less polluted, spoken English was a lot better and everything else was basically the same as now.
Try go to Manila airport, Dhaka airport, then you tell me if KLIA is bad.
