      Some people suggest *coconut* yoghurt. If a mild coconut flavour works for you, then it's a wonderful sub; however, if you're going flavourless, then I'd suggest a silken tofu. The *tofu is never* going to match the penetration and consistency of yoghurt, but it's a lovely sub if you 100% need one. Hope this helps!

    • @LeoSunScorpioMoon

      @Ainul ... Goat's milk yoghurt contains significantly less lactose than cow's milk. There are vegan yoghurts around nowadays, too, based on oats, almonds and so on-look for low-sugar. Or you can buy 'lactase enzyme' at chemists like Boots to bolster the lactase you under-produce as you age-it metabolises lactose, so minimises lactose-induced bloat, etc..

    • @LeoSunScorpioMoon
      @LeoSunScorpioMoon 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Humboles I do take the enzymes tablets when I really really crave milk based products but it works mildly 😅. I am on the lookout for substitutes. So far the only biscuit/cookie I can eat is graham crackers 😕😅😂. Thank you for your caring and sharing.

    What’s the trick for getting the fried onions for the marinade so crispy like that? Even after cooking to deep brown and removing excess oil and cooling for more than 10 minutes, they were still soggy. :-/ Should I have made the oil hotter to begin with maybe?
