Great content, gotta say. I don’t own a gym but am able to apply this to my brick and mortar retail shop and online store :-) key is thinking “HOW can I apply this to me?” Not saying “I can’t”.
    Please keep the content coming.

Start up here. I've heard that I should focus on 1 target market. I have 2 potential niches to consider: One that is similar to my own needs, and one that has higher profit potential. Which should I focus first? I understand the first niche a lot better but less profit. It takes time to research and understand the second type but more profitable. Or I can focus on both of the niches?

focus on one - and go for the one with the most leverage

Hi Cale, been following you very closely for a while now. I was wondering if these frameworks could be applied to a group piano coaching business for young children?

    • @GymLaunch

Hey Jayden - cale here. Really appreciate you following us.
Same frameworks can be applied to almost any service/coaching business.
Just need to structure your offer and conversion to fit your niche

Would you mind helping me understand how the hybrid front end sale works since you've mentioned it a few times? I hear you say that you can advertise to a bigger radius around your facility. I understand that part, it's about configuring the facebook ads. But do those people then go to your facility for an in-person consultation or do they have an online consultation? My guess is that the answer is the former because in-person selling has more credibility, but then how many people would actually go a long distance for a consultation for an online program? Is the stat still favorable?

If it's a one time sales meeting, you can do up to 25 miles, but we've found that those who have the most success typically do everything online.

How do you make people show up to the gym on the first interview with their credit cards? A lot of people really just show up in workout clothes and a water bottle. How do you pre pitch them in order to come qualifiyed to leave the deposit?

Hey Hector! I apologize we're seeing this comment a few months late... It's all about setting clear expectations for that first appointment/visit. Let's chat further, you can book a call with our team here: gymlaunch.com/contact

If people give a 700$ deposit for the challenge, how do you keep that money?
You don't want them to fail the challenge, but if they succeed it then you have to give them back the money. So you can't use it for more ads in the meantime, because if the ads flunk you can't give them the money back. What am I missing here?
Is the whole point just to hopefully get them on a membership after the free 6 weeks? And keep the 700$ if they fail the challenge and give up?

What I'm getting from it is the $700 down (example) and getting it back in refund or credit is the financial guarantee side of the offer. Ultimately I'm seeing if they stick to it and get results, then at the 3-week mark of their 6-week programme, you lock them in with a membership or another programme using that initial down payment. I would imagine some people complete it and want the money back but maybe 1/2 people max. The rest will either fall off or sign up again. In the meantime alongside starting that programme, you could initially launch another one that starts 2 weeks later which is another 6-week programme for men only. Bringing in some more cash flow.
