Recurrent shoulder dislocation is a serious problem.
1.Bankart/Labrum Tear is detachment of soft tissue labrum from Shoulder glenoid bone. Because of this shoulder ball can not get any support from front side and so it come out.
2.SLAP Tear
3.ALPSA Tear
4. Hill Sach lesion is fracture in Humeral head. Its like a dent on the humeral head.It is caused by multiple dislocation. As more and more dislocation occurs than Hillsach size increases.
5 GLAD lesion
Do not delay treatment of Shoulder problems.
Latarjet is very old procedure . instead of Latarjet we are using Arthroscopic Bone block procedure for best results in bone loss. Latarjet has some problems which can be solved with bone block procedure. And no need to do a open Surgery .

I was actually doing goalkeeping suddenly as I raise my hand to stop the ball my shoulder became dislocate then my school teacher suddenly took me to hospital

First he said to do one x ray there he found that shoulder has been dislocate
Then sir his assistant came and put legs bw my shoulder and applied force after that my pain was over and shoulder was in right position
Then sir they tied a belt and said me to not remove it till 3 weeks if you will not remove or remove only while changing clothes it would not be repeated
Sir I am 17 year old and it was first time I faced this dislocation
So sir after 3 weeks it will be fine in q proper way or there's anything else
