You read my mind, I am still at the baby stages in learning to rollerblade as I have no core strength and not much balance but I saw my husband doing crossovers over the weekend and wanted to learn to do it to help me with turning. I don't know how to turn as yet. He is not a great teacher at this so thank you so much for this video!!
Hey Polly, you were the first other skater I met at the local shop in Seattle and gave me good advice and inspiration to stick to it. Now a few years later I'm really happy with all the progress, and help organize group skates in the city. Glad to see lots of great content on your channel. If you come visit the area again look up Seattle Distance Skating and come join us! Cheers!
Omg! This makes me so happy! Seattle needed that so bad! Good for you for getting it going! I think I follow the page on IG lol and feel bummed I moved away too soon. Keep up the good work! ❤ and thanks for the support 🥹🙏
Thanks, coach Polly (that feels so silly), but I recently got back into blading and just wanted to know what some teachers know, and your videos have so far been awesome. Grass = Friend. I have a few friends to impress, and for all the times I found myself on the ground, hooooo mama was I happy I was on grass lol. Again, thanks. I'm looking forward to what else I find on your channel 😁
Thanks to you I was able to do my first crossovers yesterday!! Still not perfect but I’m sure with practice I’ll do better. Thank you for your helpful videos coach Polly
Would you ever think about making a collection video of all your inlines also a compare and contrast with different brands, I know that would be a pretty long video but I find it super interesting, always love you videos :3
Which size wheel you wearing roller blade ? It looks small but you easy skate on rough surface. I have 78mm 🛞 but i feel hard. Which size wheel is best for beginer????
Can you talk about how to go over big speed bumps? Like ones with a large bump in the front? There’s no sidewalks for me to skate but we have these huge speed bumps about every 20 meters on the road
I'm new to your channel. I'm an ice skater and thought rollerblading would be easy...how wrong was I 😂! I find your content very down to earth and sympathetic towards beginners, which is what I need. I am trying to blade for at least an hour and a half every day for fitness and enjoyment. Keep 'em coming, thank you❤.
Omgosh I’m opposite!! I just started ice skating a few months ago and it is not easy!! It’s definitely making me stronger on my rollerblades tho I can feel it!! Keep practicing!im excited for you and Tysm 🙏🤗💖
THIRD Watched your 15 benefits video right now, sadly today I cut my foot, so may not learning/trying to rollerblade for a week.. :( Shoutout at my mother, she is a doctor and helped me 😂 Now i go enjoy this Video 🫶

🙌🏾💜🦉I've been teaching a few close friends and a little skate park and I send them to you 💜🦉🤗
Exactly what im working on learning right now
That feeling where you take a big corner (like on the 400m speedskating track) at almost full speed but with very little steps...
Do you mean little as in number of steps or little as in the size of the step
I wonder if its possible to do crossover with heel break on?
make a video on skating down a bowl and the types maybe
Hi Polly, I have the maxxums and was wondering if I can change the wheel size to 80? The 90s are a little scary lol
