    Had the same problem. Going to try this. Really like this exercise as I don't know what else loads my quads with more weight. Thanks Jim!

    Great tip. Hack squats happen to be one of my favorite exercise for quads and I've had this problem. Never thought of switching the grip :))

    The bar still hangs up on my hamstrings when the weight gets to 325
